Person That Touched Ariana Grande during Movie Premiere Banned from Singapore
An Australian man who vaulted across a fence and touched actress Ariana Grande has been sent away and prohibited from Singapore.
The man, twenty-six, was handed a penalty to more than a week in prison for causing a public disturbance and has now been "barred from re-entering Singapore," the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority informed Singaporean press.
He forced his way through camera crews and approached aggressively the performer and artist, who was attending the regional launch for Wicked: For Good on 13 November. Co-star Cynthia Erivo wrestled him away from Grande.
He has a background of causing disturbances at events and celebrity events, including jumping on stage at Katy Perry's Sydney concert in this summer.
The incident sparked outrage in Singapore, with many saying he of re-traumatising Grande.

During Wen's trial, the authorities learned he had tried to gain access on the movie's debut on two occasions, according to regional reports.
He then made a second attempt to cross the barriers. Event security stopped him and pinned him down.
He then uploaded videos appreciating the celebrity for allowing his presence and said he was "at liberty."
Law enforcement arrested him the subsequent day and brought charges against him with causing a disturbance, to which the man admitted guilt.
